Throughout the program, Alumni will be supported by Gap Inc. employee volunteers serving as career mentors and coaches, sharing their career experiences and insights as well as feedback on Alumni projects.
Each week, Alumni will engage in a new challenge where they can learn a different aspect of the business ranging from customer service to store design, analyzing competition to team leadership.
