Employer Partnerships
Employers across diverse industries partner with CoLabL to design project-based learning tracks and unique networking experiences to engage their employees across functions and levels.

Talent Engagement
We recruit under-represented talent primarily through our community program partners that are focused on college access/success and/or workforce development. All talent is supported day-to-day by a squad leader.

Social Capital
Talent leverages their peers and career mentors from diverse industries, functions and levels
to gather project feedback, explore career
pathways and expand their network.

Skill Development
Talent engages in skill building experiences to strengthen high-demand skills among employers including critical and creative thinking, communications, collaboration and more.

Points & Prizes
Talent earns points as they complete projects and career prep activities plus engage in mentoring and skill building experiences. Points unlock prizes including additional growth opportunities.

Reflection
Talent reflects on their project-based learning, networking and skill building experiences to celebrate achievements, cultivate a growth mindset and commit to continual learning.
