Track Overview
In this track, you will analyze effective employee onboarding practices at companies such as Cisco, Deloitte and Zappos, and you will have the opportunity to develop and pitch your ideas to enhancing new employee experiences. We will explore virtual employee onboarding as well to maximize engagement and strengthen the experience of remote new employees.
The primary learning outcomes are:
- To apply critical thinking and creativity in designing employee onboarding experiences
- To use effective written and presentation skills to share your creative ideas and persuade employers to consider innovative new approaches to employee onboarding
