Track Overview


In this track, you will learn what goes into a social media audit and explore a day in the life of a social media manager. Plus, you will have the opportunity to practice conducting a social media audit for a nonprofit organization of your choice.

Your project deliverables include a short business brief and a presentation pitching 6 of your creative ideas to strengthen the impact of the organization’s social media practices.

The primary learning outcomes are:

  • To apply critical thinking in analyzing the social media practices of a nonprofit organization
  • To apply empathy and creativity in developing solutions to strengthen their social media practices
  • To strengthen your written and verbal communication skills and boost your confidence in effectively delivering your proposed ideas
