Track Overview
In this track, you will explore the steps for completing a user experience analysis including the identification of a user persona, learn effective design thinking techniques, and analyze a website from the target user experience perspective. You will have the opportunity to present your analysis of a website by identifying and sharing strengths, areas for improvement and new ideas to consider.
The primary learning outcomes are:
- To apply critical thinking and empathy in assessing user experiences
- To brainstorm creative solutions and new ideas to enhance user experiences
